JOB PROFILE SUPPORT-IP SERVICES ENGINEER PURPOSE OF THE JOB The IP Services Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining the IP networks of the managed customer(s). He/She provides professional (technical) services in analysis and resolution of problems to ensure/restore and/or enhances network performance according to contractual obligations. POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION Reports to the line manager. Interfaces with Managed Customers (e.g. Mobile Operators) and Third Parties (e.g. Equipment Vendors).
